Optimized Cutting Performance Cerasteel Kitchen Knife Corrosion
Cerasteel Kitchen Knife Introduction
Cerasteel knives are made of the composite material of ceramic
(cer) and metal (met).
When the exclusive formula cermet powder, a high-tech material used
in aerospace field is bond to the steel blade body to form its
cutting edge with advanced laser cladding technique, they feature a
long-lasting sharpness, while retain resilience at the same time.
They have great wear resistance which is 2-3 times better than
Damascus steel knives and the sharpness maintains much longer than
any conventional steel kitchen knives. They won't break, crack or
chip easily like ceramic knives.
Cerasteel Kitchen Knife Applications:
Cutting surfaces should be smooth, easy to clean, such as wooden,
bamboo and polyethylene boards.
Avoid surfaces that can damage the blade, such as ceramic,
stainless steel, granite, marble, porcelain and glass.
All cutting boards and surfaces should be cleaned thoroughly
immediately after use to avoid harmful bacteria growth.
